WE ARE
Allfresh Food Service is a fresh produce brokerage based in Toronto, Ontario, serving retail, wholesale, and foodservice customers. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience across farming, sourcing, and the distribution of fresh fruit and vegetables.
We operate at the intersection of market intelligence and execution. Our role is to connect buyers with the right growers and shippers—at the right time, price, and specification—while managing the complexity inherent in perishable supply chains.
Produce markets are volatile by nature. Prices move quickly, quality shifts by origin and week, and logistics can change overnight. Allfresh was built to operate in that environment. We focus on disciplined sourcing, multiple supply options, and clear communication so programs remain commercially sound even as conditions evolve.
We are not an asset-based distributor. From time to time, we may hold product briefly to facilitate logistics or execution, but we do not carry speculative inventory or trade on position. This structure allows us to remain objective, prioritize execution over volume, and align interests across buyers and suppliers. Every transaction is approached with accountability, realism, and respect for both sides of the deal.
